Well, now you can claim back some of that hard earned money you’ve paid to the Government to help you do just that.
If you would like to benefit from up to 7 days of coaching and six half day workshops plus a free IP audit from as little as a one off £600, then please read on. This government funded programme is aimed at growing your organisation in the number of staff, net profits or assets. If you have less than 250 staff and do not have a larger or foreign parent company, then this is the scheme for you. If this is not or you, but you know others who might benefit, please pass this information on.
Companies with less than 10 staff will pay £600 for this programme, those with 11-50 staff £1500 and organisations with 51-250 staff pay £3000 for a package worth £10,000!
If you are accepted on this programme, you can also claim £2000 of match funding per member of staff in your organisation for leadership and management training.
Here are two examples:
Example one: Two man company:
Pay £600, claim £10K’s worth of coaching and workshops. If one of you wanted to do an MBA or other leadership qualification, you can claim £2K towards those costs too. Total package of £12K for a one off outlay of £600. Companies with less than 5 staff get the benefit of an intensove one day strategy plannign workshop plus around 4 days worth of coaching in this programme.
Example two: 200 staff company:
Pay £3000, claim £10K’s worth of coaching and workshops. If you get 20 of your staff to do leadership or management training, you can claim another £40K in costs. Total package of £50K for £3K. Companies with 5-49 staff get around 6 days worth of coaching, companies with 50-249 staff get around 7 days.
